New tv-series for TV2
We are happy to annonce that filming has begun for the new TV 2 drama series Danefæ / The Excavation, starring Lene Maria Christensen and Anders W. Berthelsen as Ester and Michael. In addition to Lene Maria Christensen and Anders W. Berthelsen, the cast includes Birthe Neumann, Fanny Leander Bornedal, Carl Tange, Petrine Agger, Jakob Cedergren, Tina Gylling, Youssef Hvidtfeldt, among others.
Lars K. Andersen is the main writer of Danefæ / The Excavation, and the series is directed by Dagur Kári. The 6 episodes are being filmed in various locations across Denmark. The series is produced for TV 2 by Uma Film, with producers Stinna Lassen and Claudia Saginario. Marlene Billie Andreasen is the TV 2 senior executive producer, and the series is supported by the Public Service Fund/DFI, FilmFyn, and NFTV.
